1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Construction Offers Canada ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of the Service
Construction Offers Canada is an online platform that aggregates and displays construction-related information in Canada, including construction projects, issued permits, industry news, and professional directory listings. The Platform is an information and connection service; we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement made between users.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by scraping or bulk-downloading data, posting false or misleading offers, infringing intellectual property, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, logos, and original content are the property of Construction Offers Canada. Project data, permit records, and news items belong to their respective sources and are presented for informational purposes.
7. Advertising
Sponsored listings and advertisements are identified as such. The presence of advertising does not constitute an endorsement by the Platform.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of listings, permits, or other information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Construction Offers Canada is not liable for any decisions made or losses incurred based on information found on the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
